🍄Rates🍄

Bugs In Pants & Fursona Bugs $200-600+
Classic Style or Similar $150-400+

All of my pieces come with a basic range. Some pieces may be under or over the given ranges depending on size, insect specimen(s), and complexity. Reach out if you're looking for a quote.


🍄Deposits🍄
Every commission requires a deposit!!
I will not start or even think about your piece if you have not paid the quoted deposit. In order for you to secure a spot in my queue a deposit must be made.

Each deposit varies depending on commision size and complexity.
My calculated deposit formula is Materials + Time
Time is calulated based off how many hours it should take for me to plan/mock up your piece. My rate per hour is $30


🍄Payment Forms/Payment Plans🍄
All online payments are to be made via a Square invoice.

I will work with your budget! Art is a luxury but art can also be accessible. If your budget is super low I won't be able to make you something super complex but, I will always try to find your favorite bug and put it in a frame/jar for you <3

Payment plans are also an option! The type of plan will definitly depend on what you're trying to commission me for. Reach out for a quote!

🍄Refund Policy🍄
Full refunds are only available if you have made a deposit and no materials were purchased. 

Partial refunds are only available if materials were purchased but no work was done. You will get refunded the deposited time but not the cost of materials.

Refunds after any work has been done/finished is not available and the piece will be forfit. I will then finish and/or sell the piece on my own time

If a piece is delivered and it is broken, please reach out to me!! We will work out the insurance with USPS (each piece shipped is fully covered by insurance) and, I am also willing to do repairs at the cost of additional shipping. 


🍄Cancellation Policy🍄
I, the artist reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
If I cancel your commission due to my inability to complete it in any state, a full refund will be given.
If you choose to cancel your commission with me due to inability to continue payment or any other reason after work has been done I cannot give any refund.

After the quoted deposit has been made please be aware that communication between us is super imporant for the planning stage!! 

🍄Turn Around Time/Work Flow🍄
Commissions may 1-2 months for completion. This timing is based off sourcing/ordering insects which can take 2 weeks or more.

Once all materials for your piece are in my possession, I will reach out to you to start the planning of your piece.

The planning stage is the most imporant stage of your commission. In this stage I will "mock up" what your piece should look like. During this stage communication is a must! I want to make sure colors and details are what they should be and I want to make sure you'll be happy with the design. 

After the planning stage I will begin to make the piece. This means using glue!! So if there are any changes to be made please make sure you address them with me during the planning stage. If there is a change you'd like to make during the adhereing process, please be aware that it is easier to add than subtract!
Example: If I adhered fabric to any part of the piece and you want that fabric changed, it may require a full restart. Which, will cost additional in time.

Also! I will communicate with you and send updates at all stages. Some of the steps in the adhereing process are more forgiving than others. If there is something that can be changed easily I'll ask before committing!!

🍄Refrence Sheets/Character limits🍄
Any Fursona Bug piece requires your fursona reference sheet!! In order for me to create the piece I need these details of your fursona; Head, Tail, favorite style of pants, and 2 accessories.
*If you want more accessories additional charges will apply upon approval.
If your fusona is highly detailed and complicated I may ask to simplifiy some of it. If we cannot come to an agreement on simplified changes I will not take your commission.


🍄Will Not Make/Work With🍄
I will not and do not work with real bats, bird remains, and snake bones!

I will not work with any gorey, hateful, homophobic, transphobic, nazi, fascist, content. If you come to me with such content I will block you and put out a public beware.


🍄Art Care🍄
All my art has some form of organic material. Meaning insects, botanicals, and bones. Proper storage and care for your piece will ensure longevity.
Do not hang or place your piece in any high humidity and/or any bright direct/indirect sunlight.
i.e. No bathrooms, sunrooms, directly in front of windows etc.
